Honest - 1 Auto Care did a wonderful job for me: telling me what needs to done before they did it and at a reasonable price. I feel they were completely truthful with me about all of it. I did also enjoy visiting with the nice man at the front desk while I waited.

I came in for a oil change, 21 point inspection, topping off all fluids, and tire rotation. They also honored a coupon that I had received in the mail. Although people are entitled to feel different in every situation, they had a positive demeanor today and we're incredibly helpful. I appreciate that the shop shows what the Consumer Rights are for the state of Washington. They kept reinforcing to me that they would rather do things the right way. And that they are here to look out for the health of my vehicle.

Had a great overall experience with the team at Honest-1. They have convenient weekend hours, and the staff is friendly and didn't try to squeeze every dollar from me with additional services. I rated them four stars, because I initially went in for a scheduled routine maintenance, and after discovering an additional problem, they failed to perform most of the requested maintenance. Possibly miscommunication between front staff and technicians, but I'm speculating. Either way, the price was fair, and they will be seeing me again in the future.

My wife took our car into get the oil changed and the technician and the person behind the counter started talking about my wife and how our check engine light is on. It has been diagnosed and we have had it worked on multiple times. Well these two guys are laughing at my wife about the light still being on. This place is the most unprofessional people.

Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Took my car in today and was quoted $1500 turns out it wasn’t as bad as they thought so they called me and said it will be $400 less. Very honest and everything you look for in a mechanic!
