I have a 2015 Kia Optima and I go to Honest 1- Auto Care for all my oil changes! They are thorough with their free inspection and give me a printout of all issues and never try to sell me on anything, just show me the facts and let me decide. They have a value card with over $350 in discounts which include 4 free oil changes for $79! But the number 1 reason I go to this shop is the extraordinary customer service Erik provides. He treats every person he engages with, with care and professionalism. I always look forward to getting my oil changes here because I trust what I'm being told, and I am treated respectfully. Erik's customer service is top tier! ALL of the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend this shop!

Erick is doing everything he can to save me money on my car repair bc I am just broke. While doing that we've chatted a few times and I've grown to trust him and I believe their name is true.

Ive never experienced a higher level of service from an auto repair shop than I have with Honest-1 Auto Care. They completely lied about the price to fix my car. Telling me $2500 than raising it to over $10,000. When I wouldn’t agree to pay 4x the original price they stopped communicating and my car sat there for 3 months “waiting” for my part I had already paid for to arrive. Several other people have the same complaint with this shop. Only come here if you want to waste time and money on an dishonest business.

AMAZING SHOP!!! CHRIS AND THE PEOPLE AT HONEST 1 WERE FAST. MY CAR WAS TOWED TO THEM AT 7PM ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND WAS FIXED AND DONE BY 5 THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS FAST AND REASONABLE PRICED. I AM SO THANKFUL TO THEM THEY WERE SO KIND AND HELPFUL. WILL BE GOING TO THEM FOR ALL MECHANICAL NEEDS IN THE FUTURE ♡♡

The guys that work here have always been so friendly and the service is usually pretty consistent. However, there is a new woman with pinkish hair that’s started recently and she honestly needs an attitude adjustment. I didn’t realize trying to book an appointment would elicit such a snippy attitude from somebody and then even in person she seems to be annoyed. For years we have come here and the gentleman that work here have always been so nice and she is seriously putting a damper on the energy and service. The interactions with her are enough for us to start looking elsewhere. I will pay more just to not be spoken to like that.

Phenomenal customer service and communication. Affordable service. They truly live up to their name, Honest(1).

Over priced. If you have anything transmission related - go ANYWHERE ELSE. It seems like I'm not the only one in the reviews that feels this way. Quoted me $14,000 for a new transmission on a car that does not cost that much. Even the dealership quoted $6,000 less (complete with warranty). Out of all of the quotes I received, there was nothing else even CLOSE to this. Lots of sales gimmicks too. The other shop I ended up going with didn't need to explain to me how many years of experience their technician had OVER and OVER again (though they had just as much experience) because they didn't have to find some ridiculous way to justify robbing people. Metro transmission got it done professionally, quickly, under warranty and without any lengthy sales gimmicks.
