Had a great experience all around! Never felt like I was being taken advantage of on pricing or pressured with up sales. I was given a discount for spending over a certain dollar amount that I didn't even know about. Thanks again for that :) I really liked how the process flowed from dropping off my car to recieving a text with a link showing a break down of everything that was done and what was recommended to be done as urgent or non urgent. Customer service was amazing, thank you Erik and everyone else who made this a great experience. Like the Terminator says...."I'll be back"

They should take honest out of their name. They did not honor the price that was discussed and the employee was very rude. I paid $614 for an oil change and to be told the same thing I told them when I came in. My car is in the same exact condition it was when I brought it in and I am out $614.

We have brought our cars here for years and are constantly amazed at the quality customer service and care they provide. Eric and Chris especially have always taken care of us and our vehicles and been flexible and helpful any time there’s been an issue. They provide photos when they do inspections or suggest repairs, and have their techs explain what’s gone wrong and how to prevent it when applicable. They’re honest when something isn’t urgent — unlike most auto shops that act like any minor issue is an immediate concern. They understand that some people have to work within a budget or do a little work at a time, and you can tell they care about the customer and not just making their payday. Eric just went above and beyond to help us get our car fixed up last minute for a road trip. Cannot recommend them enough!

Eric at Honest 1 is awesome!! He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was ready for an upcoming road trip. He gave me a reasonable quote for new tires, was completely on top of having them ordered in time, promptly communicated with me throughout the process, and was super friendly every step of the way. When we arrived, his tech (Jonesy) gave us some great info on maintaining tire pressure that he learned from being in the industry for a long time. Eric, Chris, and Jerry have helped me out countess times at this Honest 1 location. They always turn what would otherwise be a stressful car appointment into a positive experience. I appreciate these guys a lot!

I took my newly purchased rebuilt title Jeep here for an inspection and oil change and felt they did a thorough job looking it over. I've had no issues with it whatso ever. Their service was decently priced comparted to some other shops that price gouge and I think they even waived the inspection fee. As a younger female I often times feel uncomfortable taking my vehicle to auto shops alone due to not wanting to be taken advantage of (see my Midas review lol) but I felt very comfortable here and they did good work. I've got another appointment at a different location this week and am looking forward to that experience!

I took my truck to them in February. something was draining my battery. in 5 months they managed to spend 2 hours and $300.00 on it and told me what i already told them, something draining my battery. in that 5 months i got 1 call and that was in February. piss poor customer service and over all experience. take your hard earned or Daddy's money some where else.
