The east side store had done a less than acceptable job at my oil change so I took my vehicle the next day to the Minnehaha location and they fixed all the issues plus went above and beyond to satisfy their customer. I can’t speak for other locations but if it’s the same as this location (Minnehaha) then this company has the right people working for them. I’ve been coming to this location for 5 plus years and the service continues to remain great! I’ve had all 4 of my cars serviced here and will continue to do so! Car repairs can be expensive but I will gladly pay knowing that Chris and his crew are honest and making sure my vehicle is well taken care of. They have great pricing and also Very accommodating with my last minute requests. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you Chris and the Crew! Greatly appreciate you all!

I think the people at the desk should concentrate on the physically present customers. When my car was finished, I had to wait while the person at the desk was looking for something with the mechanic on the computer. That went on for quite a while until the other desk person was available. I just feel that is not the best customer service.

Excellent service and for sure an honest company! They were extremely caring about my concerns. From the front office to the very cool mechanic! I would return to Honest and highly recomend!
