CAUTION!! They are OPPOSITE to the name--they LIE! They will NOT honor the coupon they advertised. The store manager is super rude! When I request a reasonable answer why I have to pay more for my oil change which should be covered under the coupon. He was not able to explain, and told me that he did not want to see me no more. The receptionist also has an attitude. Anyway, just want to give you warning that you can't trust them.

They have always taken such good care of me. From when I had a beat down car to finally getting a nice one. They never treated me differently. Gave me great advice and never pushed services onto me that I could not afford. I will always go here!

Customer service was awesome. They definitely carried out their name of being honest. Was told by another shop that I had my thermostat replaced at that I needed to replace all the hoses and that my wheel bearings needed to be changed. Honest 1 came back and said the hoses were still good. That save me almost 500.00. I appreciated that they didn't take advantage of me. I will be going back if any of my cars need repair.

Fixed my car when other shops were uncertain as to what was wrong and wanted money up front to diagnose.

My wife's alternator went out before closing. They welcomed her with open arms and not only got her car back up and on the road the next day, but they checked her transmission fluid levels and topped it off for free! Great group of guys. Shops like this are rare.
