Kind from start to finish, they kept me in the loop and got me in quickly when my A/C went out in July. They were honest and accommodating of my schedule. I would absolutely recommend!

Bought a new car yesterday (Friday) and brought it in Saturday morning for an AC service. Upon inspection they found out my AC relay was the culprit. How easily they could have told me it was my compressor. Had my car back before closing time with ice cold AC. Customer service gets an A+. Recommend 10/10

From the first phone call till days after I had paid for my repairs and picked up my car honest 1 was happily and readily available. They talked me through ever step of the process and discussed with me at length my options. The work was done promptly and my car drives better now than when I first purchased it. My experience with them was the single best experience I've ever had with an automotive shop. I will definitely be using this shop for all future repairs and I highly recommend them.

I like this place a lot however, it seems you are charged more than first anticipated. Is very hard to find a trusting mechanic shop, that won't overcharge you.

New service writer is condescending. Coupon for $26.00 oil change cost me $42.26. Had check engine code that declared "historical issue" and service writer refused to have tech clear the code. Had no effect on how the vehicle was running. Said not without a $150.00 diagnostic test. Dis-Honest Auto.

CAUTION!! They are OPPOSITE to the name--they LIE! They will NOT honor the coupon they advertised. The store manager is super rude! When I request a reasonable answer why I have to pay more for my oil change which should be covered under the coupon. He was not able to explain, and told me that he did not want to see me no more. The receptionist also has an attitude. Anyway, just want to give you warning that you can't trust them.

They have always taken such good care of me. From when I had a beat down car to finally getting a nice one. They never treated me differently. Gave me great advice and never pushed services onto me that I could not afford. I will always go here!
