Vancouver Auto Repair

Went in to get our AC fixed and they said it was a tube of some sort 600 dollars later it was “repaired” said there were no leaks found and it was working great, worked for about 2 days and then AC went out again went back to see what happened, now they’re trying to charge an additional 1600 for a new compressor because it was leaking, no money back or anything 600 dollars down the drain do not go here for AC services!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with a simple diagnostic I needed done. I was a little iffy because I knew my car was in bad shape but they didn't try to BS me or up-sell me on anything. And the repair price was very reasonable. Even the tech that handed me my keys was very friendly. I will definitely use this Honest-1 location again.

Bought their oil change package deal and as long as you have a standard vehicle, it's great savings!...Also got my brakes done on my Merc here and they did a great job!

I had been having an electrical issue with my KIA Optima and my break lights would only work if my head lights were off? So weird. Then on Mother’s Day my car wouldn’t start. Had it towed home and I was quickly referred to see Rick Perry to have it fixed. He quickly let me know he could get it fixed for me. Rick is so wonderful and had my car back in a couple days. They were so generous with working with pricing for me and were very honest. I’m so thankful for everything they did.

Great service and prices

The clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder were leaking badly and wouldn't hold clutch pressure on my 1993 Corvette Coupe, and Honest-1 Auto Care fixed my problem within 24 hours, they're amazing. I've had several repairs and various maintenance services performed on all of my vehicles over the last 7 or 8 years, and Honest-1 Auto Care has been there for me all through that time. Chris has really taken good care me and I've always felt that he's had my back and has exhibited a very professional and customer friendly attitude consistently.
