Quality in Excellence Work. They are Master Mechanics that use Quality products and great oil to change in your cars and trucks. They use engine oil that doesn't make your vehicle smell bad if it burns any oil. They guarantee and warranty their work also, which is a beautiful thing...and rare these days.

Took my car there for an oil change 18 months ago. I was told I needed new brakes both front and back and it would cost $750. I thought that was outrageous so I asked my normal mechanic and he said he could do it for $400. That was great, but when I took it to him he said the brake pads were at 8mm. I had plenty left. Today I took the same car to my dealership for a recall and asked them to check the brakes. They said they are great. Still 6mm left. In the end, Honest 1 lied to me and tried to get overpriced services. Will never go there and tell all my friends the same. You all need to work with integrity to build a business.

I told the person at the front desk I’m a Oregon resident because of the Washington state taxes & showed him my Oregon state id because the total came out to $64.99 I was then told by him my id didn’t madder the price was gonna be like that because of labor charges, labor charges has nothing to do with the $5.04 taxes I had to pay Washington in the end I love Honest 1 but will not be returning to this location

Great to have a relationship with an auto repair shop I can trust! Had my front brakes replaced last month, and a weird scratching sound showed up at the passenger side front wheel. Took it to Honest Auto to get checked out, and turns out there was a rock in between the brake and rotor. They took care of it in 15 minutes and sent me on my way, not asking for a penny. Honest Auto cares about its customers!
