First off, this is a great place with great people. The two stars down is for the fact that they charge $84 for a full synthetic oil change that the Toyota dealership charges only $52 for. If you have the coupons and don't do full synthetic, this place is worthwhile. If you don't have coupons you can literally drive to your dealership and save over $30 on your full synthetic oil change. Once again, great people, not so great prices.

The Minnehaha crew are awesome. They always fit me in when I need something done. Great service!

Our family brings our vehicles to Honest-1 on Minnehaha. Store manager Chris is always helpful and makes sure the work is a quality job. We always have a good experience when we go in.

These guys have always been real good and honest but have had difficulty this last time. The reason I'm rating them three stars is only because of the misinformation. As far as the work that I've had them do I would give them a five-star. I have a 17 ft box van and called them first after getting new tires front tires to see about getting an alignment. Like I mentioned they've always done good work so I wanted to use them but was informed that there the lift was not big enough to handle my truck. Couple days later I happen to be driving by there and I just thought that was kind of strange that they're Rock wasn't big enough the hold my truck so I pulled in and talk to the manager and he said I don't know who you talk to but we can do it. I made an appointment and brought it in and after about 15 minutes of waiting a gentleman came in and said that they can't do it because the front end is too wide for their machine. It's basically a pickup cab with a box on the back so the width of it is no wider than a Ford Econoline. The day I was there and talk to the manager that told me he could do it. I said that I was told you couldn't and he pointed to a pickup truck which was on the rack and was approximately the same size of my truck but had a big Landscaping bed on the back and it was up on a rack and he said yeah we can do it. So I'm not quite sure why I was getting so many different answers I don't know if the front end guy just did not want to deal with it or what the reason was but I figured if it would fit on the rack it should be able to be aligned or it wouldn't have git on the rack at all if it was too wide. Just a little confused on the information I got over several times going there as far as the front-end work.

Jerry and April went above and beyond to verify that my part was covered by a warranty bought at another location. Excellent customer service! I will definitely come here again!
