Vancouver Auto Repair

I called them after my water pump blew out in my car, and I had an invoice from them little over a year ago. Apparently, their warranties are for the person, not for the parts and service as indicated on the invoice. Nothing was mentioned on their warranty about this. They refused to warranty my parts, as it belonged to someone else when the warranty was created, and it’s not transferable. The employee in the phone was less than helpful and quite inconsiderate towards us.

I have been with Honest 1 over 5 yrs..they offer a beautiful lobby with candy, coffee, tea..their service is amazing..friendly and courteous..they get to know your caR and always give 100%..Yes, I would recommend them always

This is my first time here and i am highly impressed. the guys are very nice, upfront, informative and the shop waiting area/rest room are super clean. i love that i can see all the main prices on a screen at the front desk. i will be here again

I rely on H1 to maintain both of my vehicles. They do the work they say they will do and they are not constantly trying to sell un-needed stuff. I feel that I can trust them and that's a big plus for me. Joe Rice

Honest1 has always gone above and beyond to make sure I knew what needed to be done right away vs what I can have done later or even things I can try to do myself. After taking my 1993 Nissan Quest to a fix it guy. I chose Honest 1 Not only did they diagnose it they fixed all her issues. Smurfette is a whole new girl. Even threw in cost of installing a switch. Lorenzo and Jerry were great keeping me updated. Even went so far as to give us a loaner, at no charge. I'm so happy with this company. Friendly staff, clean waiting room and shop. very impressed all around. I give them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
