I came to get my underbody fixed because it had fallen off. They were able to fix it within minutes! For free!

After my first visit to Honest-1 Minnehaha I am impressed. The 100 point inspection was done thoroughly and I was given a summary of the work done. The waiting room and shop are spotless! The staff is friendly and engaging.

They have a great deal on oil changes!

I feel totally taken care of whenever I need my oil changed in my car. I have been coming to Honest-1 and I will continue to come in! Keep up the great work everyone!!

I have been coming here for a while now and I highly recommend Honest 1 auto care. They take great care of myself and my car!

A year ago on 11/09/18 I dropped my 2008 Smart Car off at this shady shop for repairs.I believed all their national promises about honesty, integrity and transparency and that they really did have the best service in the country, but they don't and they didn't keep any of their promises. For a year Chris Jobe, Robert Arkills, and Ken the technician have refused to tell me the truth about what they did or how they broke my car. They told me they would diagnose it but they couldn't.They told they would fix it but they broke it, and they just keep lying. Then they told me I had to pay them $4,000 for destroying my car and to get it off their lot and tow it to Mercedes Benz to fix everything they broke. They said I had to pay for parts they didn't buy and service they didn't do so I said I will as soon as you tell me the truth and show me proof but they lied again and told me no proof existed anywhere in the world about what they did.Then they tried extortion and for a year they threatened to take my car but they haven't and instead these three story tellers took the "honest" out of Honest-1 and they are lying to this day.

They are very concious of the fact i need my car for work. They kept me updated in the progress of my car even as there were a few issues.

These guys are great very polite no hard sell tactics & they now have Snap financing why go anywhere else love this shop 😌

I was there yesterday, and wanted to use the Car Care Plan that they sold me to do oil change, but the gentleman upfront did not care to win me over by honoring the oil change care plan to cover the costs as what other branch did for me many times, citing that their policy changed, to which I responded that if it changed for you why am I being punished, to which he said this is just the way it is. So instead of honoring the Care Plan he still changed me over $40 for a plan that was suppose to cover it all as they did before. So I got my lesson to never come to this branch again. They seem to not care to make money only and not to win over customers, and this is second time at this branch and both times the person upfront is not pleasant and not wanting to help, and made me feel that they are all about making money, and not winning the customer service. Very unfortunate :(

They would not honor their Groupon deal for oil changes. Gave the excuse that it was a corporate decision to stop. Paid for Groupon was for 4 oil changes free. When I redeemed the Groupon I was told then since my car used full synthetic oil that I can only get two free oil changes. Well turns out that I only needed synthetic blend like their coupon said. That was their first lie. Today I took it back for my supposed second oil change and they told me I could only use one block and then I have to pay for the other half. See the following photo for other details. We purchased three Groupons one for myself my wife and my daughter. When my daughter went in for her first oil change they did the exact same thing and then told her she needed new spark plugs. Not that unreasonable to think that she may need new spark plugs but they were going to charge her over $30 each for $8 spark plugs. When my wife took her car in for her first oil change they did the same thing and told her that her rear brakes were metal on metal and the car was unsafe to drive and the rear brake pads and rotors would need to be replaced. I inspected the brakes when my wife returned home and discovered that there was a 16th of an inch of pad left and there was no metal-to-metal contact and the rear rotors were unaffected. In my opinion Honest-1 Auto Care is honest none Auto Care.
