Outstanding customer service with Scott!! Thank you I was nervous about going to a new shop for by truck. I have not had a very good experience in the past. It all begins with customer service... trust... knowledge and then timeliness. In one day you had given me my estimate and fixed my truck. It drives and runs just like it did when I bought it 2 years ago. So happy with my whole experience! Thank you so much for providing me with amazing service! Highly recommended!

We had a free oil change coupon so I'm not sure on the price but I loved their service and they did a great job and my husband's and my own car. I especially love the link they give you that gives you a detailed list of what's going on with your vehicle. No pressure to get anything fixed right away (unless it really needs to be) just info because they're awesome.

Very friendly, trustworthy, and competent. I can do pretty much anything on my own in regards to cars, but being busy, I find that the affordability and quality offered here is a no-brainer! Also, the lobby is always clean, they have complimentary cold sodas/Keurig. And they are so friendly! I own 6 vehicles, and bring them all here.

For many months I tried to get my oil changed and valvoline, Wal-Mart, etc said that I needed a mechanic to replace my oil pan and nut. I brought my pt cruiser to Honest 1 and they show me that it only need it a tightening of the screw and didn't even charge me for that. So I got the oil change very fast and with enough time to get to work on time.

Bought their oil change package deal and as long as you have a standard vehicle, it's great savings!

I was very impressed with the work that was done to my car. Especially that i got a list of things they addressed with my inspection. Including photos they sent me of items that needed attention. Very polite & professional. We will definitely take our autos to Honest -1 again. Thank you!

The worst. They serviced my aftermarket air filter on my car and afterwards it fell off my car! I was driving around without an air filter for a month or 2 until my check engine light came on. Chris Jobe the manager and the owner refused to right THEIR wrong. I had my air filter serviced through them the last 2 times but they claim no responsibility. This place is the worst. Incompetent. Chris Jobe knows nothing about customer service or righting his wrongs. Don't take your care here.

In and out in an hour. The staff is polite and professional. I will continue to have these guys do my services. Thank you.

I originally went to them for an oil change with a coupon that came in the mail. The coupon was for an oil change and tire rotation. They would not rotate my tires because they said the tread was too low. They printed out an estimate for new tires and kept trying to add on services that I didn’t want. There was only one other person in the waiting room but for some reason my oil change took about three hours. I was so annoyed and completely ready to go by the time they were finally done. While checking out the guy at the counter told me that the issue with my radio not working was most likely a connection between the radio and battery according to their diagnostic. He said that if I made an appointment when their electrician was working he could fix it for $60. I was very excited about that and made the appointment. When I went back in they wanted to charge me much much more for just a diagnostic. I explained that I was told it was most likely a connection between the radio and battery and they would try to fix the connection for $60. About an hour after sitting in the waiting room I was called over and told that they checked a few connections and still couldn’t tell if the radio was toast or if the connection was bad. My current total was $70. If I wanted them to pull out the radio and look into it further they would charge me $160. I opted to stop at paying $70 for nothing rather than paying them $160 or more so they could tell me that the radio was bad! Basically I felt like it was a big waste of my time and I gave them $70 for absolutely nothing. Not only did they not fix the radio connection, for $70 they couldn’t even tell me if the connection was the issue! They said it would cost at least $160 for me to find that out! Anyways I have not been impressed with the service there either time I have been there. I really wish I hadn’t gone back a second time and gave them $70 for absolutely nothing. I definitely will not go back to them ever again!
