I will hopefully rate this business with 5 stars on the next visit! There was a glitch that even though I had an appointment, the part needed wasn't there. I had taken the day off work so was understandably unhappy about it. The manager was great and quickly began calling around to see how far away the needed part was. It was decided that it would be best to put the car up on the lift and make sure the work was needed. It was recommended to be replaced by a Honda dealership in Beaverton. Honest -1 is honest! They showed me the part and that there was no need to replace it! The dealership was up- selling me. He called and cancelled the part. I ended up having the spark plugs replaced and feel I can trust them. After all, they could have easily replaced the part that wasn't needed and charged me twice as much than the spark plugs were. I will most likely use this business and never return to the dealership. The warm cookie they give you isn't worth the lack of trust that have elicited!

Came here for the first and only time after buying their best car plan on Groupon. The man at the counter rudely informed me I would have to wait for a paper in the mail even though I had already paid 60$ online and called prior that morning to ask about it. Thank god I was able to cancel that Groupon purchase. The service was horrible and then today just a few weeks later I was getting an alignment on my car somewhere else and they informed me I need an oil change. I have less than 800 miles on the oil change they did. They held my car for over 3 hours and never even changed my oil. Horrible service and dishonest work. Would put 0 stars if I could. Take your business elsewhere!
