Very good at explaining what they are doing. They do a good job of inspecting and making recommendations. They respect appointment time so it is wise to make one if at all possible though drop ins are certainly accepted We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

Had some complications and went back to their shop, lost my cool a little bit and they calmed me down and are now taking care of the problem. I recommend just being honest with them and they will take care of you. Thanks guys and don't mind the negative review. They definitely are backing up their garuntee.

I walked away that day,after getting the bad news about my alternator and serpentine belt. I saw 4 men checking under my hood to try and figure out the problem.You exceeded my expectations of a 21 point oil change. I want to thank each and everyone of you.Im glad I know , what the problem could be.

I enjoy how the staff really get to know you and remember us. I prefer one front staff over the other but both are nice. Mechanics are great when you ask questions. Prices are always really high for our budget for the work that needs to be done but the front staff doesn't push us and make us feel like we have to have the work done immediately unless it's unsafe for us. I have a discount pass and they make me feel like I'm a full service client and never make me feel bad for using a coupon. Really enjoy this office more than the other locations.
